How often can I change my content?
You can change your content as often as you would like. Once you submit your request, your content will be updated within 2 business days.
What are the content specs?
You can supply it as a 1080px wide x 1920px tall video (mp4, mov) or a 1080px wide x 1920px tall image file (jpg, png).
Do I need to supply internet access for the displays?
No. Our displays have their own internet access.
I already have video content but it is on landscape mode, can I still use it in your displays?
Yes, while not optimal, landscape (horizontal) videos and images can still be played in the display.
How long is each "spot"?
Each spot is 10 or 15 seconds depending on your solution. You can also have 30 second longs spots that will be counted as a two different spots.
Do I need to sign an agreement? If so, how long is it for?
Yes, 3 months to a year, depending on your solution. This agreement will renew automatically unless we receive a 60-day notice that you do not wish to renew.
